Lovol harvester price manufacturers

When comparing prices, you must look beyond the sticker cost and evaluate the engine horsepower (HP), cutting width, and grain tank capacity. For instance, a Lovol 4LZ-series harvester's price will fluctuate significantly based on whether it features a 100HP or 175HP engine. Ensure the machine includes hydrostatic transmission (HST) for easier operation and reinforced crawler tracks if you are working in wet, muddy paddy fields, as these features impact both the initial investment and long-term operational efficiency.

Compliance is a major price driver. You must verify if the harvester meets your local environmental regulations, such as EPA Tier 4 (USA), Stage V (EU), or National IV (China) standards. Machines equipped with DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) or SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) systems to meet higher emission standards will have a 15-25% higher price point than those intended for markets with less stringent regulations. Always request the CE certification or ISO 9001 documentation from the supplier to ensure legal entry into your country.

A new Lovol harvester typically offers a 1-2 year manufacturer warranty and the latest automated harvesting technology, which reduces grain loss to less than 2%. While refurbished units can be 30-50% cheaper, they often lack a comprehensive warranty and may have hidden wear on the threshing cylinder or hydraulic pumps. For B2B buyers, the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) is usually lower with new units due to higher reliability during the critical, time-sensitive harvest season.

Yes, Lovol harvesters are versatile, but multi-crop capability (e.g., switching between rice, wheat, and corn) requires specific header attachments and concave adjustments. A 'full-kit' quote that includes a corn header and a grain header will be more expensive but offers better ROI (Return on Investment) by extending the machine's usage across different seasons. Always specify your primary crop to ensure the sieve system and airflow settings are factory-optimized.

The biggest risks are shipping damage and specification mismatch. Because harvesters are Oversized Cargo, they require specialized Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) or Flat Rack container shipping. Ensure the contract specifies seaworthy packaging and anti-rust coating for sea transit. To mitigate specification risks, use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure the funds are only released after a third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI) confirms the machine matches the Proforma Invoice.

Focus on volume and long-term partnership rather than just a single unit price. If purchasing multiple units, negotiate for a spare parts package (including filters, belts, and blades) worth 3-5% of the order value to be included for free. Ask for FOB (Free On Board) pricing to maintain control over your logistics costs, and inquire about dealer-level discounts if you intend to provide local maintenance services in your region.

You will need a Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and a Certificate of Origin (which may grant you preferential tariff rates under certain trade agreements). For heavy machinery, ensure the supplier provides the Engine Serial Number and Chassis Number early, as these are required for customs clearance and machinery registration in most jurisdictions. For shipping, RoRo is recommended to prevent the need for disassembly and reassembly, which can introduce mechanical errors.

Always verify the supplier's Audit Reports on Made-in-China.com to confirm they are a legitimate manufacturer or authorized exporter. For after-sales, insist on a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that defines the response time for technical support and the availability of DHL/FedEx shipping for urgent spare parts. Avoid paying via untraceable methods; use Letter of Credit (L/C) for large orders or Escrow-based payment systems to protect your capital.
