Maillot de foot manufacturers

When sourcing football jerseys, prioritize moisture-wicking fabrics such as 100% polyester interlock or jacquard mesh with a weight of 140-160 GSM. Ensure the use of Dri-FIT or Coolmax technology equivalents to facilitate sweat evaporation. For professional-grade kits, look for laser-cut ventilation holes in high-heat zones and reinforced flatlock stitching to prevent chafing and ensure durability during high-intensity matches.

Request samples using sublimation printing, which ensures colors remain vibrant and do not peel or crack after multiple washes. For logos, evaluate heat-transfer TPU or high-density embroidery. Ensure the supplier uses eco-friendly Italian KIAN inks for better color accuracy (Pantone matching) and UV resistance to prevent fading under sun exposure.

Products must comply with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 to guarantee the absence of harmful substances. For the US market, ensure compliance with CPSIA (especially for youth sizes), and for the EU, verify REACH regulation adherence. If you are sourcing branded-style 'fan versions,' ensure the supplier has the legal right to produce specific designs to avoid intellectual property infringements.

Player Versions feature a slim-fit cut, heat-pressed lightweight crests, and advanced breathability features, designed for athletic performance. Fan Versions (Stadium) typically offer a standard fit, embroidered logos for longevity, and a slightly heavier fabric, making them more suitable for casual wear and retail environments.

Avoid importing jerseys with unauthorized brand logos or club crests, as these are high-risk items for Customs seizure. Work with suppliers on Made-in-China.com who specialize in ODM/OEM services to create custom designs or 'white-label' products. Always request a Letter of Authorization if you are purchasing licensed merchandise.

Negotiate based on tiered pricing; for example, aim for a 15-25% discount when moving from 500 to 2,000 units. Discuss payment terms such as a 30% deposit and 70% balance after a successful third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI). Ask for 'free over-run' units (usually 1-3%) to cover potential defective items.

For orders under 100kg, Air Express (DHL/FedEx) is fastest, but for bulk commercial stock, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) or Rail Freight (for Europe) is significantly more economical. Utilize DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms if you want the supplier to handle all import duties and taxes, reducing the administrative burden on your end.

Always conduct transactions through Secured Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com. Never wire full payments to private bank accounts. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) clearly states the fabric composition, GSM, and delivery timeline to provide legal recourse in case of disputes.
