Mancozeb 80% wp price manufacturers

Buyers must ensure the product contains a minimum of 80% active ingredient (Mancozeb). Key parameters include suspensibility (minimum 75%), wetting time (maximum 60 seconds), and fineness (passing through a 325 mesh sieve ≥ 98%). Additionally, the ETU (Ethylenethiourea) content, a known impurity, must be strictly controlled below 0.5% to meet international safety standards.

Suppliers should provide FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) specifications compliance reports. Essential certifications include ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management. For cross-border trade, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every batch and a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) are mandatory for customs clearance and safety handling.

High-quality Wettable Powder (WP) should have excellent dispersibility to prevent nozzle clogging in sprayers. Poor quality leads to sedimentation, resulting in uneven crop protection and increased labor costs. While lower-priced options exist, prioritizing high-surfactant formulations ensures better leaf adhesion and rain-fastness, providing a higher Return on Investment (ROI) through reduced application frequency.

Mancozeb is sensitive to moisture and heat. It should be packed in UN-approved multi-layer bags (usually 25kg) with a moisture-proof PE inner liner. Storage must be in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight. Buyers should confirm the shelf life, which is typically 2 years under optimal conditions.

Agrochemicals are highly regulated. You must verify if Mancozeb is registered and approved for use in your destination country. For example, the EU has strict renewal statuses for Mancozeb, while other regions may require a pesticide import permit. Always check the latest local agricultural department guidelines before placing a bulk order.

Prioritize Audited Suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have undergone third-party verification by agencies like SGS or Intertek. Utilize Secured Trading Services to protect your payments. It is highly recommended to request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) to verify the chemical composition and weight before the balance payment is released.

Mancozeb is often classified under IMO Class 9 (Environmentally Hazardous Substance) for sea freight. You must ensure the supplier provides a Dangerous Goods (DG) Certificate and correct IMDG labeling. Ensure the shipping container is dry and free of contaminants, as chemical cross-contamination can lead to total cargo loss or legal liabilities.

Prices for Mancozeb are heavily influenced by the cost of raw materials (Manganese and Zinc salts) and environmental protection taxes in China. Negotiate based on volume tiers (e.g., 10-ton vs. 20-ton FCL). Consider long-term supply contracts to hedge against price volatility, and always clarify if the quoted price is FOB or CIF, as shipping insurance for hazardous chemicals can be significant.
