Money gun manufacturers

When evaluating money guns, prioritize the motor power and ejection speed to ensure a smooth 'rain' effect without jamming. Look for models with ABS reinforced plastic housing for durability during events. The battery compartment should be securely designed, preferably compatible with 9V or AA batteries, and the internal feeder wheels should be made of high-friction rubber to prevent currency slippage.

As an electronic toy/novelty item, it must carry CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications to be legally imported into the EU and US markets. Ensure the manufacturer provides a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) if the item is marketed toward younger audiences. Additionally, verify that the prop money included (if any) complies with anti-counterfeiting laws, meaning it must be significantly larger or smaller than real currency and marked as 'copy' to avoid customs seizure.

Money guns are primarily used in nightclubs, weddings, corporate marketing events, and music video productions. For B2B buyers, OEM customization is a high-value feature; look for suppliers on Made-in-China.com who offer silk-screen logo printing and customized packaging. You can also request custom-printed flyers or coupons instead of prop money to serve as a promotional tool for brand activations.

Request a video demonstration showing the gun firing at least 100 bills continuously. A high-quality unit should have a jam-rate of less than 1%. Ask the supplier about the maximum paper thickness (gsm) the device can handle; professional units should support between 80gsm to 120gsm paper to allow for various types of promotional inserts.

The primary risk involves batteries and motors. Most couriers classify items with motors as 'sensitive goods'. If the product includes batteries, you must use specialized electronics shipping lines (DG cargo). To reduce shipping costs and customs delays, it is highly recommended to source the units without batteries and purchase them locally in the destination country.

Focus on tiered pricing and spare parts. For orders exceeding 1,000 units, you should aim for a 15-20% discount off the sample price. Negotiate for a 1-2% FOC (Free of Charge) spare parts ratio, specifically targeting the battery covers and motor wheels, which are the components most likely to fail or be lost by end-users.

Always utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your payment. Do not release the full balance until a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) is completed. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) clearly states the defective rate allowance and the specific refund policy if the goods do not match the approved gold sample.

Yes, customs in many countries are strict regarding currency-lookalikes. Ensure your supplier uses single-sided printing for prop money or clearly labels the inserts as 'Play Money'. If the product is shaped too much like a real firearm, it may be flagged under imitation firearm regulations; choosing bright, non-tactical colors (like gold, red, or pink) helps mitigate this risk.
