For automated packing machines, specify the spool inner diameter and ensure the ribbon has zero splices per roll to prevent machine downtime.

Color discrepancy is a common risk due to different dye lots. Always provide a Pantone Color Code (TPX or C) rather than relying on digital photos. Require a pre-production sample (PPS) for approval and mandate that the bulk production must match the PPS within a Delta E < 2.0 variance.
