Polyester dty yarn 75 144 manufacturers

When sourcing 75D/144F (Denier/Filament), the high filament count (144F) indicates a 'Super Fine' or 'Microfiber' grade, which provides a softer hand-feel compared to standard 36F or 72F. You must specify the intermingle level (NIM - Non-Intermingled, SIM - Slight-Intermingled, or HIM - High-Intermingled) based on your weaving or knitting machinery requirements. Additionally, verify the Tenacity (cN/dtex) and Elongation percentage to ensure the yarn can withstand high-speed textile production without breaking.

To ensure global market access and consumer safety, prioritize suppliers with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, which guarantees the yarn is free from harmful substances. If your brand focuses on sustainability, look for the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certification to verify the rPET (recycled polyester) content. For manufacturing consistency, the supplier should ideally hold ISO 9001:2015 quality management credentials.

Polyester DTY is available in different lusters: SD (Semi-Dull), FD (Full-Dull), or TBR (Trilobal Bright). For 75D/144F, Semi-Dull is the most common for general apparel, while Full-Dull is preferred for high-end garments to reduce synthetic shine and improve UV protection. The cross-section shape (e.g., round, trilobal, or U-shape) will significantly impact the fabric's moisture-wicking capabilities and light reflection properties.

Due to its high filament count, this specific yarn is ideal for high-density soft fabrics. Common applications include home textiles (like blankets and upholstery), sportswear (moisture-wicking shirts), inner linings for luxury garments, and microfiber cleaning cloths. Its 'soft-touch' property makes it a top choice for fleece fabrics and synthetic suede.

Always request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). For yarn, this includes testing for dyeing uniformity (to avoid 'striping' in the final fabric) and checking the oil content (OPU%), as excessive oil can cause issues during the dyeing process. Using Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services can provide an extra layer of protection by ensuring payment is only released upon proof of shipment and compliance with agreed quality standards.

Yarn prices are highly sensitive to Raw Material (PTA and MEG) market fluctuations and oil prices. It is advisable to negotiate a formula-based pricing for long-term contracts. For 75D/144F, the MOQ is typically 1 to 3 tons per color/specification. To get better rates, try to consolidate your orders to meet full container loads (FCL), which significantly reduces the landed cost per kilogram compared to LCL (Less than Container Load).

Polyester DTY is usually packed in paper cones (approx. 5-6kg each) and palletized. Ensure the supplier uses heavy-duty plastic wrapping to prevent moisture absorption and dust contamination during sea transit. When shipping to international markets, clarify the Incoterms (FOB vs. CIF); for large volumes, FOB is often more cost-effective if you have a reliable freight forwarder who can manage the local logistics and customs clearance in your home country.

Check if the supplier is an Audited Supplier on Made-in-China.com, which means their factory premises and legal status have been verified by third-party institutions like SGS or Bureau Veritas. Review their export history and ask for lab dip samples before placing a bulk order to verify their color-matching accuracy and technical consistency.
