Portable tv led television manufacturers

When sourcing portable LED TVs, prioritize Screen Resolution (at least 1080p for 10-inch+ models) and Battery Capacity (minimum 3-4 hours of continuous playback). Ensure the panel uses IPS technology for wider viewing angles, which is critical for outdoor or vehicular use. Additionally, verify the Tuner Type (e.g., DVB-T2, ATSC, or ISDB-T) matches the digital broadcasting standard of the target market.

For electronic goods, compliance is non-negotiable. Ensure the supplier provides CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications. If the product includes a lithium battery, it must have UN38.3 certification and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for safe international transport. For the European market, check for ERP (Energy-related Products) eco-design requirements to ensure energy efficiency.

A competitive portable TV should feature HDMI input for gaming consoles, USB ports for multimedia playback (supporting MKV/MP4 formats), and a 3.5mm headphone jack. For high-end sourcing, look for models with Built-in Wi-Fi or Screen Mirroring (Cast) capabilities to allow users to stream content from smartphones.

Request information on the Casing Material (ABS plastic is preferred for impact resistance). For rugged use, check if the unit has an IK rating for impact protection. Ask the supplier for vibration test reports, especially if the TVs are intended for use in RVs, trucks, or boats, to ensure internal components won't loosen over time.

The main risk is Logistics Rejection or Surcharges due to the lithium batteries being classified as Dangerous Goods (DG). To mitigate this, use experienced freight forwarders on Made-in-China.com who specialize in electronics. Ensure the packaging meets IATA PI967 standards (batteries contained in equipment) to prevent short circuits and fire hazards during transit.

In the electronics industry, a Defect Rate of <1% is standard. Negotiate for a 1-2% FOC (Free of Charge) spare units policy with your bulk order to cover immediate DOA (Dead on Arrival) issues. For long-term security, insist on a 12-month warranty and clarify whether the supplier will provide replacement parts or credit for future orders in case of hardware failure.

Utilize the Audit Reports and 'Audited Supplier' status on Made-in-China.com to verify the factory's scale and production lines. Request a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) by a third party (like SGS or Intertek) to check screen pixels (zero dead pixel policy), battery aging tests, and signal reception strength before the final payment is released.

Be aware of Anti-dumping duties or specific Tariffs (e.g., Section 301 in the US) that may apply to television products from certain regions. Always confirm the HS Code (typically 8528.72) with your customs broker to calculate accurate import duties and VAT, ensuring the economic feasibility of the procurement.
