You must prioritize Medical-Grade Silicone that is BPA-free, phthalate-free, and latex-free. Ensure the supplier provides FDA (Food and Drug Administration) or LFGB (German Food Grade) certification reports. The material should be non-porous to prevent bacterial growth and have a soft-touch skin-friendly coating for comfort.

The core technology is Air-Pulse or Pressure-Wave stimulation, which mimics oral sensations. Look for motors with noise levels below 50dB for discretion. The battery should be a rechargeable Lithium-ion cell providing at least 60-90 minutes of continuous use on a single charge. Ensure the device has an IPX7 waterproof rating, allowing it to be submerged in water for easy cleaning.

As an electronic device, it must carry CE (Conformité Européenne) and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) markings for the European market. For the US market, FCC (Federal Communications Commission) certification is required for the internal circuitry. Additionally, ensure the UN38.3 and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) reports are available for the lithium batteries to facilitate legal air and sea transport.

Request a sample testing phase to evaluate the button tactile feedback and the integrity of the charging port (magnetic charging is preferred for better waterproofing). Conduct a battery cycle test and check for seam consistency; there should be no visible gaps where the silicone meets the plastic base, as this indicates poor mold precision.

Adult products are often flagged as 'sensitive goods' in certain jurisdictions. Use the correct HS Code (typically 9019.10 or 3926.90) and ensure the packaging is discreet and neutral without explicit imagery. Check the local laws of the destination country, as some regions have strict decency laws that could lead to shipment seizure.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume; for orders over 1,000 units, you should aim for a 15-25% discount compared to the sample price. Negotiate for OEM/Private Labeling (custom logos and boxes), which usually requires an MOQ of 500-1,000 units. Always request a Gold Member or Audited Supplier status on Made-in-China.com to ensure factory legitimacy.

Utilize Secured Trading Services offered by Made-in-China.com to protect your funds until the goods are shipped. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts; always pay to the verified corporate bank account listed on the platform. Consider a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment after a successful third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI).

Since these toys contain batteries, they are classified under Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations for air freight. You must work with a freight forwarder experienced in Battery Shipping (PI967). Shipping via Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is more cost-effective for large volumes, but ensure the supplier provides proper DG packaging to prevent short circuits during transit.
