Sex plastic figures factory manufacturers

When sourcing plastic figures, ensure the factory uses non-toxic, medical-grade, or food-grade materials. The most critical certifications include EN71 (Part 3) for toy safety, REACH for chemical compliance in the EU, and phthalate-free verification. For products intended for the US market, compliance with ASTM F963 and CPSIA is mandatory to ensure the plastic does not contain harmful heavy metals or endocrine disruptors.

Look for factories utilizing high-precision steel molds and injection molding processes. For intricate designs, inquire if they use 3D printing (SLA/DLP) for prototyping and manual or spray painting for fine details. A high-quality factory should demonstrate seamless joint construction and colorfastness that prevents the paint from peeling or fading over time. Requesting a pre-production sample is the best way to verify the 'skin' texture and anatomical accuracy.

These figures are primarily used for adult collectibles, novelty gifts, and anatomical displays. Professional factories should offer OEM/ODM services, allowing for customization in scale (e.g., 1/6, 1/12), articulation points, and removable accessories. Ensure the factory can handle private labeling and custom packaging to enhance brand value and protect consumer privacy.

The durability depends on the Shore Hardness of the plastic (typically PVC, ABS, or TPE). For rigid figures, ABS provides high impact resistance, while TPE or Silicone is preferred for a realistic feel. Ensure the factory performs drop tests and tension tests on articulated joints to prevent breakage during shipping or frequent handling.

Customs regulations for adult-themed plastic figures vary significantly by country. It is vital to verify the legality of the specific designs in the destination country to avoid seizure or destruction of goods. Use discreet packaging and ensure the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.40) is accurately declared. Working with an experienced freight forwarder on Made-in-China.com can help mitigate risks related to 'indecent material' classifications.

Focus on mold ownership and exclusivity clauses. If you are paying for a custom mold, ensure the contract states that the intellectual property (IP) belongs to you and the factory cannot sell your design to other buyers. For bulk orders, aim for a 15-20% discount on unit prices when exceeding 2,000 pieces, and negotiate a 30/70 payment term (30% deposit, 70% after passing third-party inspection).

Always use secure payment methods and consider third-party inspection services like SGS or Intertek to conduct an on-site factory audit. Verify the supplier's status on Made-in-China.com, looking for Audited Suppliers with a proven track record. Ensure the sales contract includes a defective rate clause, typically allowing for a 1-2% margin, with the supplier responsible for replacing any units exceeding that threshold.

For large volumes, Sea Freight (FCL or LCL) is the most economical choice, though it requires a longer lead time (30-45 days). If the figures are lightweight but high-value, Air Freight may be safer to prevent heat-related warping in shipping containers. Ensure the factory uses double-walled corrugated export cartons and internal blister packs to protect the figures from compression during transit.
