Sex tablets capsule manufacturers

When sourcing dietary supplements, you must prioritize ingredient purity and standardized extracts. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every batch, detailing the active ingredient concentration. The capsules should be made of pharmaceutical-grade gelatin or HPMC (vegetable capsules) to meet diverse consumer preferences. Additionally, verify that the disintegration time meets pharmacopeia standards (usually <30 minutes) to ensure effective absorption.

Compliance is the most critical factor in this category. You must ensure the manufacturer is GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified and has ISO 22000 or HACCP for food safety management. For the U.S. market, products must comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 111 regulations. For European markets, ingredients must be checked against the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) list of authorized substances and health claims.

Never skip the third-party laboratory testing phase. Request tests for heavy metals (Lead, Mercury, Arsenic), microbial contaminants (E. coli, Salmonella), and pesticide residues. It is also vital to conduct a stability test to ensure the product maintains its potency throughout its shelf life under various environmental conditions.

Packaging must include medical-grade blister packs or HDPE bottles with induction seals to prevent oxidation and moisture ingress. Labels must be strictly compliant with the destination country's laws, including clear ingredient lists, dosage instructions, allergen warnings, and expiration dates in the local language.

The biggest risk is customs seizure due to prohibited ingredients. Different countries have varying lists of controlled substances; an ingredient legal in the country of origin might be classified as a prescription drug or banned substance in the destination country. Always consult a local customs broker to review the formula before shipment.

Focus your negotiations on Quality Assurance (QA) terms rather than just price. Demand that a portion of the payment be held in Escrow until a pre-shipment inspection by a third party (like SGS or Intertek) is completed. Specify that the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) should include a trial run of a smaller batch to verify market response and product stability.

Use Secured Payment services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to protect your funds. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) explicitly states the refund policy if the product fails to meet the agreed-upon COA specifications or fails customs entry due to manufacturing defects.

For supplements, temperature-controlled shipping (Reefer containers) is recommended if the transit route involves extreme heat, as high temperatures can degrade active ingredients or melt capsule shells. Ensure the logistics provider offers full tracking and insurance covering the total value of the goods to mitigate risks of loss or damage during transit.
