Silicon sex vibrator manufacturers

You must ensure the product uses 100% medical-grade silicone that is BPA-free, phthalate-free, and non-porous. This is critical for user safety and hygiene. Request FDA (Food and Drug Administration) or LFGB (German Food and Feed Code) certification reports to verify that the material does not leach harmful chemicals during use.

Look for high-torque, low-noise motors (typically under 50dB) to ensure a premium user experience. For power, prioritize rechargeable Lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of at least 300mAh to 500mAh, providing 60-90 minutes of continuous use. Ensure the charging interface is magnetic or DC-pin to maintain a 100% waterproof (IPX7 rating) seal.

For electronic adult products, you must verify CE (Conformité Européenne) and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliance for the European market, and FCC (Federal Communications Commission) for the US. These certifications ensure the electronic components are safe and the materials are environmentally friendly.

Request an IPX7 waterproof test report, which guarantees the device can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. Additionally, ask for button-life testing data (e.g., 5,000+ presses) and silicone tensile strength tests to ensure the outer casing does not tear or degrade over time.

Adult products can be sensitive in certain jurisdictions. Ensure the HS Code (typically 901910) is correct and use neutral packaging (no explicit images or text on the outer carton) to avoid customs delays or seizures. Always check the local import laws of the destination country, as some regions have strict prohibitions on adult goods.

Start by requesting a sample order to verify the 'hand-feel' and motor vibration patterns. When moving to bulk, negotiate based on tiered pricing (e.g., 500, 1000, and 5000 units). Ask for OEM/ODM customization (logo engraving and custom box design) to be included in the unit price for orders exceeding 1,000 units to build your own brand equity.

Use Secured Trading Services on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery. It is highly recommended to hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). They should check for silicone surface defects, motor noise levels, and battery charging stability before the balance is paid.

Since these products contain lithium batteries, they are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG). You must use carriers that provide UN38.3 and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) documentation. For small to medium batches, Air Freight with DG battery channels is fastest, while Sea Freight (LCL) is more cost-effective for large volumes, provided the forwarder is experienced in handling battery-operated electronics.
