Always include shipping insurance covering 'All Risks' to protect against physical damage during loading and unloading.

Steel prices fluctuate with the global raw material market. Negotiate a price validity period (usually 7-14 days) to lock in rates. For large orders, ask for tiered pricing based on tonnage. You should also negotiate the zinc coating weight (e.g., requesting 120g/sqm instead of the standard 60g/sqm) as a value-add rather than just focusing on the lowest unit price.
