Table fan with light manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize brushless DC motors (BLDC) for energy efficiency and lower noise levels (ideally <45dB). For the lighting component, ensure the LED brightness is adjustable (stepless dimming) with a color temperature range of 3000K to 6500K. Battery-operated models should have a capacity of at least 4000mAh to 10000mAh to ensure a runtime of 6-12 hours on a single charge.

For the US market, UL 507 (electric fans) and FCC certification are essential. For the EU, products must carry the CE mark, complying with the LVD (Low Voltage Directive) and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility). Additionally, RoHS certification is required to ensure the absence of hazardous substances in electronic components, and UN38.3 is mandatory if the fan contains lithium batteries for shipping safety.

Request a drop test report (usually 1-meter height) to ensure the plastic casing (preferably ABS or PP) does not crack. Verify the oscillation mechanism durability—top-tier suppliers guarantee over 10,000 rotations. For the light, check the L70 lifespan rating, which should be at least 25,000 hours.

The design should be versatile enough for office desktops, bedside tables, and outdoor camping. Features like a built-in hook or magnetic base increase value for camping scenarios, while a USB-C charging port ensures compatibility with modern power banks and laptops.

Products with lithium batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods (Class 9). You must ensure the supplier provides a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and a Safe Transport of Goods report. Failure to provide these can lead to customs seizures or significant shipping delays. Using a freight forwarder experienced in battery electronics is highly recommended.

Start by requesting a sample order to verify quality before committing to a bulk purchase. Negotiate a staggered payment term, such as 30% deposit and 70% against the Bill of Lading (B/L). For orders exceeding 2,000 units, aim for a 5-8% price reduction or request customized OEM packaging at no extra cost.

Always conduct transactions through Secured Trading Services on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment. Before final payment, hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to ensure the goods match the approved sample and specifications.

Ensure the fan design does not infringe on existing patents or industrial designs in your target market. Ask the supplier for a Letter of Authorization if the product features a specific brand or patented technology. This prevents legal disputes and inventory blocks by customs authorities.
