Tiger painting manufacturers

Buyers should distinguish between Hand-painted Oil Paintings, Traditional Chinese Ink Wash, and High-Definition Giclée Prints. For oil paintings, ensure the use of professional-grade linen canvas and non-toxic, anti-fading pigments. For traditional ink styles, verify the quality of Xuan paper and the artist's skill in capturing the 'spirit' (Xieyi) or 'detail' (Gongbi) of the tiger. Texture and brushwork depth are critical indicators of value for high-end hospitality or gallery decor.

Verify that the frames and canvases comply with REACH (EU) or CPSIA (US) regulations regarding lead and phthalate content. If the painting is framed, the wood must meet FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification for sustainability and CARB Phase 2 standards for formaldehyde emissions in composite woods. Always request Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for the paints used to ensure they are free from heavy metals.

For Home Decor, focus on aesthetic appeal and standard sizes (e.g., 60x90cm). For Commercial Spaces (Hotels/Offices), prioritize large-format canvases with UV-resistant coatings to prevent fading in brightly lit lobbies. If sourcing for Art Galleries, focus on Originality Certificates and the artist's signature. For E-commerce Resale, lightweight 'Ready-to-Hang' stretched canvases are preferred to minimize shipping costs and assembly time for the end consumer.

Ensure the frame uses V-nail reinforcement at the corners and includes a moisture-proof backing board. For glass-covered pieces, tempered glass or high-transparency acrylic is recommended to prevent breakage during transit. The hanging hardware should be pre-installed and rated for at least double the weight of the painting to ensure consumer safety.

Artworks are fragile; insist on 'Corner Protectors', bubble wrap layering, and 5-layer corrugated outer cartons. For high-value or large orders, use wooden crates (fumigated). On Made-in-China.com, you can request suppliers to provide drop-test reports or photos of the packaging process before the balance payment is made.

Negotiate based on Volume Tiers; for example, a 15-20% discount is typical for orders exceeding 100 units. Discuss Customization (OEM/ODM) early—many suppliers can adjust the tiger's ferocity or background style to suit specific cultural preferences. Always clarify if the price includes framing and mounting, as 'canvas only' (rolled in a tube) significantly reduces both unit price and freight costs.

Ensure the supplier owns the copyright or has a licensing agreement for the image. Avoid paintings that mimic famous contemporary artists without authorization to prevent customs seizures or legal issues in the destination country. Request a Letter of Authorization if you are purchasing branded or specific designer collections.

Use Secured Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. Hire a third-party inspection agency to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify that the artistic quality matches the approved sample, focusing specifically on color accuracy and frame alignment.
