Trinx bike manufacturers

For entry-level mountain bikes, ensure the frame is made of 6061 Aluminum Alloy for a balance of weight and durability. For professional or racing segments, verify the use of T700 or T800 Carbon Fiber. Key components like the drivetrain should ideally feature Shimano or L-TWOO groupsets to ensure shifting reliability. Additionally, check for hydraulic disc brakes on mid-to-high-end models, as they offer superior stopping power compared to mechanical ones.

Bikes must comply with ISO 4210, which specifies safety and performance requirements for the design and testing of bicycles. For the European market, EN 14764 (City and Trekking) or EN 14766 (Mountain) standards are essential. If you are importing to the US, ensure the products meet CPSC 16 CFR Part 1512 requirements. Always request CE certification and test reports from accredited third-party labs like SGS or TUV.

Request the Geometry Chart for each model to analyze the Reach and Stack measurements, which determine rider comfort. For female-specific lines, look for shorter top tubes and wider saddles. For kids' bikes, ensure the brake levers are reach-adjustable for smaller hands and that the bike meets non-toxic paint standards (REACH/RoHS).

Most Trinx bikes are shipped 85% SKD (Semi-Knocked Down), meaning the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals need assembly. To reduce shipping costs and damage risks, confirm the use of 5-layer double-corrugated export cartons with internal PE foam padding and plastic hub protectors. For high-end carbon models, inquire about individual bubble-wrap protection for the frame tubes.

Always source through verified premium suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have undergone on-site factory audits. Explicitly state in the contract that no substitute components (e.g., swapping Shimano for unbranded parts) are allowed without written consent. Conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify the BOM (Bill of Materials) against the actual production units.

Bicycle margins are tight, so focus on volume-based pricing tiers. If you cannot meet the high MOQ for a custom colorway, suggest using factory-standard colors to lower the MOQ to 50-100 units. Negotiate for 2-3% spare parts (FOC - Free of Charge), such as derailleur hangers, inner tubes, and touch-up paint, to handle initial after-sales claims.

Bicycles are high-volume goods; calculate the Container Utilization Rate carefully—a 40HQ container typically holds 250-300 units of 26-inch bikes in SKD packing. Be aware of Anti-Dumping Duties (ADD) which apply to Chinese-made bicycles in certain regions like the EU; check if your supplier has a Binding Tariff Information (BTI) or if they can ship from a manufacturing base in a third country to optimize tax costs.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released after you confirm receipt and quality. For large orders, use a Letter of Credit (L/C) or a 30/70 T/T split, where the final 70% is paid only after a successful third-party quality inspection report is issued.
