Valve nameplates must withstand harsh environments, so Stainless Steel (304 or 316) is the industry standard due to its corrosion resistance. For high-temperature or acidic environments, 316L stainless steel or Monel is preferred. Ensure the material thickness is at least 0.5mm to 1.0mm to prevent warping under pressure or heat.

Always provide a CSV or Excel data sheet for variable data and require a digital proof (mock-up) for approval. For the first batch, request a physical pre-production sample to verify font clarity and etching depth.
