Video screen advertising vehicle manufacturers

The core value lies in the LED screen. You must prioritize Pixel Pitch (P3, P4, or P5) depending on the viewing distance; smaller numbers provide higher resolution. Ensure the Brightness is ≥5500 nits for outdoor daylight visibility and check for a Refresh Rate of ≥1920Hz to avoid flickering on camera. Additionally, verify the use of Nationstar copper or gold wire lamps for long-term color stability.

Ensure the chassis meets your local Emission Standards (e.g., Euro 5 or Euro 6) to allow for road registration. The vehicle should be equipped with a Silent Diesel Generator (e.g., Cummins or Perkins) to power the screens independently. For the hydraulic system, confirm it includes Safety Locks to prevent the screen from falling during high-wind conditions when elevated.

The vehicle must have CE certification for the electronic components and DOT or E-Mark for the lighting and glass. Since these are mobile units, ensure the screen cabinets have an IP65 waterproof rating. It is also critical to verify Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) to prevent interference with other communication devices during operation.

Modern units should feature an Asynchronous Control System (like NovaStar or Linsn) that supports 4G/5G remote clusters, allowing you to update content via the cloud. Ensure the built-in industrial computer supports Synchronous playback for live streaming and has Integrated Sound Systems with waterproof outdoor speakers.

Always request a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) by a third party like SGS or Intertek. Specifically, ask for a 24-hour continuous aging test of the LED screens and a Hydraulic lifting cycle test. Use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure payment is only released after the bill of lading is confirmed and the product meets the agreed specifications.

Due to the size and sensitivity of the LED screens, Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping is preferred over container shipping to minimize vibration and handling risks. If using a container, ensure the vehicle is secured with Professional Lashing and Chocking. Ensure the supplier provides a Sea-worthy packaging for the screens, including anti-corrosion film for the electronics.

Negotiate for a 2-5% spare parts kit (including LED modules, power supplies, and receiving cards) to be included in the initial price. Demand a Minimum 2-year warranty on the LED display and ensure the supplier provides Remote Technical Support via video call. Confirm that the Generator and Chassis have global service networks in your country.

You will need the Certificate of Origin (CO), a detailed Commercial Invoice, and a Packing List. Crucially, for vehicles, you must obtain the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and the Technical Data Sheet in advance to verify with your local DMV or transport authority if the model is eligible for import and road use.
