White cleaning cloth manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize Microfiber (polyester/polyamide blends) for high-performance cleaning or 100% Cotton for high-absorbency tasks. For microfiber, a GSM (Grams per Square Meter) of 250-400 is ideal for general purpose, while over 400 GSM is required for heavy-duty polishing. Ensure the edge stitching is reinforced (overlock or ultrasonic cut) to prevent fraying after multiple industrial wash cycles.

For food-grade environments, ensure the cloths meet FDA or EU food contact safety standards. In lint-free environments (cleanrooms), request Class 100 or Class 1000 certification. Always verify colorfastness to water and rubbing (ISO 105-X12) to ensure the white cloth does not shed fibers or chemical residues onto sensitive surfaces.

Premium cloths feature split-fiber technology which creates a larger surface area for trapping dust and bacteria. Look for lint-free guarantees and high water absorption rates (at least 4-5 times its own weight). Additionally, check for antimicrobial treatments that prevent odor buildup, which is a critical requirement for hospitality and healthcare sectors.

The primary risk is material substitution, where a supplier may use a lower ratio of polyamide in microfiber to reduce costs, resulting in poor absorbency. To mitigate this, request a pre-shipment sample and use third-party inspection services to verify the GSM and composition. Another risk is weight discrepancies; ensure the contract specifies the net weight per bale or carton to avoid paying for excessive packaging.

Always utilize the Secured Trading Service on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery is confirmed. When negotiating, ask for tiered pricing based on volume—typically, orders exceeding 10,000 pieces can see a 15-20% price reduction. Clearly define Incoterms (e.g., FOB or CIF) in the proforma invoice to avoid hidden logistics fees at the destination port.

Cleaning cloths are classified under HS Code 6307.10. Be aware of anti-dumping duties that some countries (like the US or EU) may apply to specific textile categories from certain regions. To optimize shipping costs, request vacuum compression packaging, which can reduce the cargo volume by up to 40-60%, significantly lowering sea freight expenses for high-volume orders.
