Wholesale ciprofloxacin tablet manufacturers

Buyers must ensure that Ciprofloxacin tablets comply with international pharmacopoeia standards such as USP (United States Pharmacopeia), BP (British Pharmacopeia), or EP (European Pharmacopoeia). The active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) must meet specific assay requirements (typically 95%-105%) to ensure therapeutic efficacy. Additionally, verify the dissolution rate and stability data to guarantee the drug remains effective throughout its shelf life.

It is mandatory to source from manufacturers that hold a valid GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certificate issued by a recognized national health authority. For international trade, prioritize suppliers with WHO-GMP certification or those who have passed ISO 9001 quality management audits. These certifications ensure that the production environment, equipment, and processes minimize risks of cross-contamination and errors.

Ciprofloxacin is commonly traded in 250mg or 500mg dosages. Buyers should specify the blister pack material (e.g., Alu-Alu or PVC-Alu) to protect the tablets from moisture and light. Ensure the Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided for every batch, detailing the physical characteristics, identification, and impurity limits. For wholesale, check if the supplier offers customized secondary packaging (boxes and inserts) that meets the language requirements of the destination market.

Importing antibiotics requires a Marketing Authorization (MA) or a Product Registration in the destination country. Suppliers must provide a CPP (Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product) following the WHO format to facilitate local registration. Ensure the product labeling complies with local laws, including batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and storage conditions (usually below 30°C).

Always conduct third-party pre-shipment inspections (such as SGS or Intertek) to verify the quantity and quality. Request samples from the actual production batch before final payment. Furthermore, use Made-in-China.com's secured payment services or Letter of Credit (L/C) to ensure funds are only released upon verification of shipping documents and quality compliance.

Pharmaceuticals are sensitive to environmental factors. Ensure the logistics provider uses temperature-controlled containers if the transit route passes through extreme climates. The shipping documents must include the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), Commercial Invoice, and Packing List clearly stating the 'Non-Dangerous Goods' status if applicable, to avoid customs delays.

Focus on volume-based pricing tiers; typically, orders exceeding 50,000 blisters can yield a 10-20% cost reduction. Discuss lead time guarantees, as pharmaceutical supply chains can be affected by raw material (API) shortages. A professional supplier on Made-in-China.com should be able to provide a rolling forecast agreement to stabilize supply and pricing.

Verify the Export License of the Chinese supplier specifically for pharmaceutical products. Be aware of Intellectual Property (IP) rights; ensure the brand name or formulation does not infringe on local patents in your country. Always include a Quality Agreement as an addendum to the sales contract to define liability in case of product recalls or adverse reactions.
