B2B buyers must prioritize Medical-Grade Silicone or Food-Grade Silicone that is 100% phthalate-free and non-porous. These materials prevent bacterial growth and ensure skin compatibility. Avoid 'jelly' or PVC materials which often contain harmful plasticizers. Ensure the internal motors are encapsulated in a waterproof casing (IPX7 rating) to allow for easy cleaning and durability.

For electronic adult products, you must verify CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications to ensure electromagnetic compatibility and environmental safety. If shipping to the US, compliance with California Proposition 65 regarding chemical content is essential. For the EU, ensure the product meets REACH regulations to avoid customs seizures due to restricted substances.

A premium product should feature dual-motor technology (independent control for the shaft and the clitoral stimulator). Look for lithium-ion rechargeable batteries rather than disposable ones to increase product lifecycle. The noise level should be below 50dB for discreet use, and the interface should include a travel lock function to prevent accidental activation during transit or storage.

Request a Life Cycle Test report from the supplier, showing the motor can run for at least 200-300 continuous hours without failure. High-quality suppliers on Made-in-China.com will provide specifications on RPM (Revolutions Per Minute) or frequency ranges, typically offering 7 to 12 vibration modes.

Use discreet packaging and ensure the HS Code (typically 9019.10 or 3926.90) is correctly declared. Avoid explicit imagery on the outer shipping cartons. It is highly recommended to use Neutral Packaging to prevent social stigma or customs delays in conservative regions. Always check the legality of adult products in your specific destination country before finalizing the order.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume; for orders over 500 units, you can typically negotiate a 15-20% discount. Request OEM/Private Labeling (custom logo and box) which is often included for free if the MOQ (usually 500-1000 units) is met. Ask for a sample credit, where the cost of the initial sample is deducted from your first bulk order.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by the platform to ensure funds are only released upon confirmation of shipment. Always hire a third-party inspection service (like V-Trust or QIMA) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). They will check for 'flash' on silicone seams, battery charging stability, and functional consistency across the batch.

For small to medium batches, Air Freight with 'Battery-Inclusive' (DG) channels is necessary due to the lithium batteries. For large wholesale orders, Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is most cost-effective, but ensure the supplier uses desiccant packs in the master cartons to prevent moisture damage to the electronics during the long transit.
