It is often more feasible to choose a Modular Design that allows for future upgrades or scaling rather than a fixed system that may become obsolete.

Ensure the supplier provides Open API or compatible communication protocols (like Modbus or Profinet) to allow the line to communicate with your ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

Utilize Third-Party Inspection Services (such as SGS or Intertek) to conduct a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before final payment and shipment.
