Cleaning robots contain high-capacity lithium batteries, which are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods; ensure the supplier provides UN38.3 and MSDS reports. Additionally, verify that the robot's design and software do not infringe on existing patents to avoid customs seizures.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume and request OEM/ODM customization (such as private labeling) for orders exceeding 500 units.
