For the EU, products must meet REACH regulations to ensure no harmful azo dyes or chemicals are present in the textiles. Calculate the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) by including the unit price, mold fees for custom buckles, shipping costs, and import duties. Note that MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities) usually range from 50 to 100 pieces per color/style; however, increasing the volume to 500+ units can often reduce the unit cost by 20-30% due to economies of scale in the embroidery setup.

The primary risks include color variance (metamerism) where the fabric color looks different under different lighting, and sizing inconsistencies. To mitigate this, provide specific Pantone TCX codes for fabric matching and request a pre-production sample (PPS) for final approval before the bulk run begins.
