For emblems with complex shapes, ensure the adhesive is die-cut precisely to the emblem's contour to prevent edge lifting and dirt accumulation.

Buyers should provide vector files (AI, STP, or IGS) to ensure precision. Specify the 3D depth (embossing height), the radius of the edges, and the CASS (Copper Accelerated Salt Spray) test requirements. For automotive use, a CASS test rating of 16-24 hours is often required to guarantee the chrome won't peel or pit in harsh environments.

Ensure the products comply with REACH and RoHS standards, particularly regarding the absence of Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+), which is restricted in many regions due to environmental concerns. For the US market, ensure the materials meet California Proposition 65 requirements if applicable.
