Elastics are sensitive to moisture and pressure. Ensure the supplier uses Waterproof PE inner bags and Double-Wall Corrugated Cartons. To optimize shipping costs to countries like the US or UK, request Vacuum Packaging to reduce the volumetric weight, but ensure the elastic is allowed to 'rest' for 24 hours after unpacking to regain its shape.
