Focus on tooling and customization costs. Since the unit price is low, suppliers are often flexible on custom logo printing or panel color combinations if you commit to an MOQ of 1,000+ units. Ask for tiered pricing where the cost drops significantly at the 5,000 and 10,000-unit marks.
