For printed labels, ensure the ink used is eco-friendly soy-based or silicone ink that offers high resistance to abrasion.

Always request a pre-production sample (PPS) before authorizing a bulk run. Utilize Made-in-China.com's 'Audited Supplier' reports to verify the factory's production capacity and machinery. For large orders, consider a third-party inspection (like SGS or Intertek) to check the batch for 'center-fold' alignment and color consistency against the approved Pantone swatches.

Main labels are high-volume, low-cost items. To get the best pricing, consolidate multiple SKUs (e.g., different sizes like S, M, L) into a single order to reach a higher total volume tier. Suppliers often offer a 20-30% discount when the total quantity exceeds 10,000 pieces. Negotiate for free plate/mold fees for long-term partnership agreements.

Use secure payment terms such as Letter of Credit (L/C) or escrow-style services provided by reputable platforms. To protect your brand, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and an IP Protection Agreement to ensure the supplier does not sell your branded labels to unauthorized third parties or 'grey market' manufacturers.

Since labels are lightweight and low-volume, Air Express (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) is the most cost-effective and fastest method, typically taking 3-5 business days. For extremely large bulk orders (millions of units), LCL (Less than Container Load) sea freight can be used to reduce costs, but ensure the labels are packed in moisture-proof PE bags to prevent mildew during transit.
