Always clarify the Incoterms (FOB vs. CIF); for tiles, FOB is often better if you have a reliable freight forwarder who understands heavy-load logistics.

Request a Video Audit of the production line and the Kiln capacity to ensure they can handle your order volume without outsourcing to smaller, lower-quality workshops.
