Check for edge painting quality on raw cuts and ensure that the hardware (zippers and snaps) are branded or YKK-equivalent to prevent oxidation and mechanical failure. Ensure the supplier uses polyether-based PU rather than cheaper polyester-based PU for better humidity resistance. During shipping, use silica gel desiccant packets in every polybag and ensure the container is free from moisture to prevent premature aging during sea transit.
