Ensure the supplier performs a 100% inspection for surface defects such as pinholes, oil stains, or uneven weaving. Width consistency is vital; a variance of more than ±2mm can cause tracking issues in the final blind mechanism. Additionally, verify edge fraying resistance by requesting ultrasonic or cold-cut testing to ensure the fabric remains intact during long-term use.

Ensure the contract specifies that the bulk goods must match the approved sample within a Delta E < 1.0 range.
