Look for suppliers on Made-in-China.com that offer die-cutting for unique shapes, gold/silver foil stamping, and eco-friendly recycled FSC paper. Providing your artwork in vector formats (AI or PDF) is crucial to ensure sharp printing and accurate color matching via the Pantone Matching System (PMS).

The primary risks include color deviation between digital proofs and physical products, and misalignment of die-cuts. To mitigate this, always request a physical pre-production sample rather than relying solely on digital mockups. Ensure the supplier uses standardized light boxes for color checking to maintain brand consistency.

Sock labels are low-cost items where economies of scale apply significantly. Negotiate for a tiered pricing structure; for example, increasing an order from 5,000 to 10,000 units can often reduce the unit price by 20-40%.
