Additionally, confirm the whiteness level of the porcelain, as a whiter base provides better color accuracy for the sublimated design.

Inquire if the plates are Dishwasher and Microwave safe. High-quality sublimation coatings are specifically engineered to withstand 50+ commercial wash cycles without fading. Ask suppliers for wash-test reports to guarantee long-term customer satisfaction.

Ceramics are fragile; therefore, 5-layer corrugated export cartons are mandatory. Demand individual bubble wrap or custom foam inserts (EPE) for each plate. For bulk orders, ensure the cartons are palletized with plastic wrap and corner protectors to minimize handling impact.

Focus on sample-to-bulk consistency. Negotiate a clause where the bulk production must match the approved sample's coating thickness and color. Request a tiered pricing structure where the unit price drops by 10-15% when moving from a trial order to a full container load (FCL).
