To enhance user experience, incorporate resealable zippers (press-to-close or pocket zippers) to maintain freshness after opening. For tea bags, laser scoring for easy tearing is essential. For high-end gift sets, consider tinplate canisters or rigid cardboard boxes with UV spot printing and gold foil stamping to increase the perceived value.

Request a digital proof or a physical cylinder proof before mass production. Most professional suppliers use Rotogravure printing for large volumes (offering the best color consistency) or Digital printing for low MOQs. Ensure the supplier uses soy-based or water-based eco-friendly inks and verify color accuracy using the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to avoid brand dilution.

Additionally, be aware of shipping volume costs; empty tins or boxes take up significant space, so consider collapsible designs or flat-packed pouches to reduce freight expenses.

You can negotiate a staggered pricing model where the unit price drops by 15-25% as volume increases. For long-term partnerships, ask if the supplier can stock your custom film and convert it into bags in smaller batches to help your cash flow.
