You must confirm the neck finish (e.g., 38/400) to ensure cap compatibility, the gram weight of the bottle to ensure structural integrity during shipping, and the brimful capacity versus the nominal capacity to account for desiccant packets or cotton fillers.

Vitamin bottles are lightweight but bulky. Request double-wall corrugated export cartons and ensure bottles are packed with PE bags to prevent dust contamination. For large orders, palletization with stretch wrap is highly recommended to prevent crushing during sea freight.

Prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site inspections by third-party agencies like SGS or TÜV Rheinland. Review their Audit Reports specifically for their production capacity and quality control processes to ensure they can handle high-volume medical-grade plastic molding.

Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the raw materials and a Food Grade Test Report. Use FOB (Free On Board) terms if you have a reliable freight forwarder, as this gives you better control over the shipping costs and the import process into your specific country.

Negotiate based on mold ownership and maintenance. If you require a custom shape, clarify who owns the mold after the contract ends. For stock items, aim for a 15-20% discount when moving from LCL (Less than Container Load) to FCL (Full Container Load) quantities.
