Our vertical bead mill features a screen-free centrifugal separation system and no mechanical seal design, which eliminates clogging and sealing issues. It achieves over 50 percent higher grinding efficiency than traditional horizontal mills, with narrower particle size distribution.

It is ideal for grinding high-purity electronic materials such as silicon nitride, aluminum nitride, titanium carbonitride, tungsten carbide, and MLCC. The grinding chamber can be customized with zirconia, silicon carbide, polyurethane, or alloy steel to prevent contamination.

Using zirconia beads of 0.1-1.5mm, it can achieve controllable grinding from micron to submicron and nano scale, with fineness below 30nm when using 0.03-0.05mm beads.

The screen-free design eliminates clogging and the need for spare screens, ensuring continuous production without interruptions. The seal-free design removes the most common failure point in bead mills, extending service life and reducing maintenance costs by over 30 percent. These two features together significantly improve production efficiency and lower operating costs.
