The pre stretch film carriage stretches the film before it reaches the load, which cuts film consumption while keeping the wrapped load tight and stable for transport.

One operator starts the cycle with a remote control and the film is clamped and cut automatically, so wrapping labour and cycle time are reduced compared with hand wrapping.

The self propelled drive runs on a rechargeable battery, so no power cable follows the machine and the unit can be moved and used in areas where fixed wiring is difficult.

Since the wrapper is mobile, the same unit can serve several packing areas, production line ends or loading docks instead of installing a fixed wrapper at each position.

Pallets are wrapped on the floor, so the machine can work in warehouses and workshops where a forklift is not available and where a ramp or an in floor pit installation is not practical.

Film tension and reinforcement turns are set and stored in the PLC via touch screen,so one machine switches between different pallet sizes without mechanical adjustment.

A top sheet device and a top press can be added to cover the top and wrap the sides, protecting loads from dust, moisture and rain in sea transport and outdoor storage.
