Equipment is guaranteed for 12 months (excluding fast-wearing parts). Necessary spare parts are provided, and lifetime spare parts are available at the lowest cost.
Q:How long does production and shipping take?
A:
In-stock items ship in 3-5 days; out-of-stock items ship in 15-20 days. Sea shipping typically takes about 45 days.
Q:Can you provide free beneficiation tests?
A:
Yes, we conduct exploratory tests with your ore samples to prove the feasibility of the gravity beneficiation process using our equipment.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit in advance. The remaining 70% balance is paid before delivery. Finished product photos are provided prior to shipment.
Q:Is the equipment assembly difficult?
A:
No, it is easy. We provide assembly videos or on-site guidance. Two workers can learn to assemble in 2 hours and complete a set in 8 hours.
