Q:What size of stones can be removed?

The standard gap is 20 mm, and it can be customized from 10 mm to 30 mm. Stones, bricks and tree roots larger than 20 mm will be discharged automatically to protect subsequent extruders.
Q:Why is it better than vibrating screen for wet material?
A:
Vibrating screens are easy to be blocked by wet mud and require frequent cleaning. This roller-type screen runs continuously without clogging, which is the ideal choice for wet raw materials in brick production.
Q:What are the wearing parts and their service life?
A:
Main wearing parts are rotary blades and roller wear sleeves. Normally, blades need replacement every 3-6 months, and wear sleeves every 6-12 months. Spare parts are low-cost and easy to replace
Q:How many workers are needed? What about power consumption?
A:
Only one worker for inspection. Total power is 7 kW, with power consumption of about 5-6 kWh per hour, energy-saving and cost-effective.
