Suitable for wet clay with moisture content below 30%. The finished crushed material can reach particle size under 8 mm, effectively tackling the sticky-clay blocking-up issue of traditional crushers.
Complete model specifications from PC600*2100 to PC1200*2400. The hourly-processing capacity ranges from 30-40t up to 80-120t, meeting small, medium and large-scale brick-plant production demands.

Our machine works for wet clay whose moisture is less than 30%. Too-wet raw materials will cause sticking and blockage inside the crushing chamber.

It is capable of getting rid of stones, grassroots and limestone chunks mixed inside clay raw material, to purify raw materials for fired brick production.
Q:Can I get materials finer than 5mm after crushing?
A:
After primary crushing by the hammer knife crusher, you can match a fine double roller crusher for secondary crushing, and the final discharging size will be under 5 mm.
