For higher strength or creep resistance, fillers such as glass fiber or carbon fiber can be added, but filled versions are not FDA-compliant and are for industrial use only. Please specify based on your media and certification requirements.
Q:Can the pore size, porosity, hole pattern, and overall dimensions be customized per drawings?

Yes. Pore sizes typically range from 0.5 mm to 20 mm or larger, porosity is adjustable, and hole patterns (straight, staggered, concentric, etc.) can be customized. We accept PDF/CAD 2D drawings and IGES/STEP 3D models. Diameter, thickness, and irregular profiles can all be machined to order.

A:

For heavy loads, high temperatures, or long-term compression, glass fiber or carbon fiber filled versions are recommended, or increased thickness and support ribs. A:
