Q:Can one machine make many kinds of candy or bars?
A:
Yes. Candy lines use molding machines where molds can be replaced for different shapes. Bar lines depend on raw material properties; cereal bar size is realized by changing the cutter. Easy tool replacement is a key advantage.
Q:How to know if the machine can produce my required candy?
A:
Before confirming the order, we draw CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan for customer confirmation based on communication about raw materials and samples.
Q:What if products have quality problems?
A:
We are responsible for all quality problems. The machine is guaranteed for one year from the customer's factory (except man-made damage). We also provide lifelong maintenance service and technical support.
Q:What is the production lead time?
A:
Normally, it takes 20-45 days. Delays may occur due to statutory holidays such as the Chinese New Year.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
T/T or L/C at sight. 30% deposit is required to start production, and the balance is paid before shipment when goods are ready.
