Yes. Custom logo branding is available with a minimum order of 50 units at no extra charge. Simply send us your logo file and we will provide a rendered design preview for your approval before production.
Q:How long does the background self-learning take?
A:
After power-on, the sensor dynamically learns the stable background within 2 seconds. The blue LED turns off after 5 seconds and the green LED stays on once self-learning is complete and the sensor enters standby mode.
Q:Can the detection angle and range be adjusted after installation?
A:
es. Microwave sensing depth, infrared presence depth, and infrared presence width are all independently adjustable via dedicated screws using the included adjustment tool, without removing the sensor from its mounting position.
Q:Where is the sensor installed and what is the maximum installation height?
A:
The sensor is installed on the door head (the structural beam directly above the door). It should be mounted as low as possible without going below the bottom of the door head. Maximum installation height is 3,500mm.
