Yes. Weld programs for different hardware parts are stored in the control system. When you change from, say, a stainless steel hinge to an aluminum bracket, the operator loads the new fixture, selects the corresponding program on the HMI, and starts welding. The machine can adjust and save parameters based on the material, and operators can fine-tune the settings at any time.

For thin hardware under 2mm-hinges, connectors, small brackets in stainless or aluminum-the 1500W configuration provides clean, controlled welds with minimal heat input. For structural hardware between 2mm and 4mm-mounting plates, heavy-duty brackets, industrial fittings-the 2000W option delivers the deeper penetration needed for reliable joints.

With the fiber laser and proper argon shielding inside the enclosed cabinet, stainless steel hardware welds come out clean and silvery with minimal discoloration across the full thickness range from 0.1mm to 4mm. Visible hardware like kitchen fittings or furniture accents typically need little to no post-weld polishing.

For most stainless and carbon steel hardware, the enclosed cabinet provides adequate containment. If you are welding brass or plated hardware-common in kitchen, bathroom, and decorative applications-the integrated fume extraction option is recommended. Our system includes a gas delivery setup, and you can connect it directly to your gas cylinder.
