If your part shifts by even a fraction of a millimeter between cycles, a custom fixture can often solve the problem that a catalogue clamp cannot.

The timeline starts with your part data. A concept review usually takes a few working days after receiving your sample or drawing. Fixture design, fabrication, and machine integration are scheduled as part of the overall machine build. The total lead time is confirmed once the fixture design is approved.

Minor adjustments can often be accommodated by modifying the fixture or adding locating inserts. For major design changes, a new fixture may be more practical. We can advise once we understand the scope of the update.

Yes. The enclosed cabinet and laser system remain a standard precision welding platform. With the custom fixture removed, you can still weld other parts using standard clamps or a universal worktable.
