The complete unit carries a 1-year warranty, with 12-24 months available on selected models; the exact term is stated in your contract. We supply Chinese and English operation manuals and video tutorials, remote video guidance for installation and commissioning, and keep wear parts such as filters, piston rings and seals in long-term stock. Urgent enquiries are answered within 24 hours.

We work with FOB (default ports: Shanghai / Ningbo / Shenzhen), CIF to your nominated port, and EXW. Sea, air and express shipments can be arranged, and each unit is packed in an export wooden case suitable for long-distance sea freight; moisture-proof vacuum inner packing and anti-rust treatment are recommended for multi-transshipment routes. Full customs documents are provided: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, user manual and safety documentation.
