We have a complete quality control system covering every production step: Incoming material inspection - all raw materials are checked before use In-process inspection - each production stage is monitored 100% final inspection -every tub is checked for surface finish, dimensions, and drain function before packing Water test -each unit undergoes a water test to ensure no leakage

Our standard lead time is 15-25 days for sample or small orders. Our daily production capacity is 100+ units, so we can handle large-volume orders efficiently. We also offer expedited production for urgent orders upon request.

We use a multi-layer packaging system: Inner layer - PE foam + stretch film to prevent scratches Middle layer - reinforced corner protectors Outer layer - heavy-duty wooden/plywood crate fixed on a pallet Our transit damage rate is less than 0.5% , proven by years of shipping data.
