Online Double Conversion and 0ms Transfer: Continuous inverter supply with 0ms mains-to-battery transfer in normal online operation for AC-powered telecom equipment.
K Standard Models: Internal batteries provide backup in a compact tower cabinet. Runtime depends on model, connected load and battery condition.
KS Long-Backup Models: External battery banks are matched to the required runtime, DC bus, charger and protective devices.
Transformer-Free Design: The ordinary C-series models in this listing have no built-in isolation transformer.
Telecom Load Selection: Match routers, gateways and communication equipment by total kW and kVA, peak demand, site supply and required backup duration.
10-20kVA Selection: C10K/C10KS use single-phase input/output; 3C15KS and 3C20KS use three-phase input and single-phase output. Other series capacities are available.
Battery Expansion: Compatible standard models can retain internal batteries while adding a matched external bank, subject to the selected charger and interface.
Output Matching: Select the voltage version and connectors for the load. Split-phase output and frequency conversion require a separately confirmed configuration.
Ports and Monitoring: Match output sockets, RS232 and optional communication interfaces to the selected model and order. Blank interface covers do not mean a port is installed.
Factory Supply and Support: OEM branding and packaging can be agreed for the project. UPS warranty is one year; service details are confirmed with the order.

This is a C-series high-frequency online double-conversion UPS with sine-wave AC output. Normal online mains/battery transfer is 0ms. These ordinary C-series models have no built-in isolation transformer.
Q:How do I size an online UPS for telecom equipment?
A:
List the AC input requirements and running load in kW and kVA for routers, gateways and communication equipment. Confirm peak demand, site input phase and voltage, operating environment and backup duration. Match both UPS capacity limits; DC telecom loads need their own compatible power supply.
Q:What is the difference between K and KS models?
A:
K standard models contain internal batteries. KS long-backup models use external batteries matched to the load and required runtime. The two versions have different weights and may have different cabinet dimensions.
Q:Can a standard model also use external batteries?
A:
Our compatible standard models can retain their internal batteries and add a matched external bank. Confirm the exact UPS model, DC voltage, battery type, charger capacity, connectors and protection before selecting the bank.
Q:How do 10kVA, 15kVA and 20kVA versions differ?
A:
C10K and C10KS use single-phase input and output. The confirmed 15kVA and 20kVA versions are 3C15KS and 3C20KS, with three-phase input and single-phase output and external batteries. C10K in this listing is the C10K-LCD-B16 internal-battery version.
