EPEG3000 is polyether-derivatives macromonomer with special C-O bond molecular structure, double-bond shows much higher reaction activity compared with HPEG and TPEG.

Reduces steric hindrance of polyether side-chain swing, improves side-chain entanglement effect for synthesized polycarboxylate superplasticizer.

Excellent adaptability especially for poor-quality sand-gravel and raw materials with high mud content, stable performance for complicated concrete raw-material conditions.

White flake appearance, good solubility, maintains stable state without precipitation under low-temperature environment.

Target molecular weight ranges from 2700-3300, unsaturation 0.33 mol/kg, hydroxyl value 17-20.7 mgKOH/g for reliable polymerization reaction.

Reacts with acrylic acid, succinic anhydride and other unsaturated acids to produce cost-effective PCE superplasticizer with high water-reducing rate and good plasticity.

Wide application range for all kinds of concrete, mortar, plaster and refractory material production.

Compatible with Portland cement and Sidley full-series admixtures including defoamers, retarders, expansion agents and early strength agents.
