MP-H12m31 Cellulose Ether for Cement Machine Applied Mortar

MP-H12M31 is low viscosity hydroxypropyl methylcellulose cellulose ether for construction dry mix mortar formulas.

It has excellent water retention performance together with super high thickening efficiency and super high sag resistance anti-slip capacity.

It is specially developed for C2T tile adhesive for installing large-format tiles and stone materials to prevent tile slipping on wall surfaces.

It owns high wetting properties medium heat stability and high water demand, which will raise overall water requirement of finished mortar.

Appearance is fine white powder without surface treatment. Viscosity ranges 20000 to 30000cps under Brookfield RV 20 rpm sp 7 test condition.

Recommended dosage is 0.10 percent to 0.30 percent by weight of cementitious material. Pre-test shall be carried out according to raw materials and construction specifications before formal production

It must be fully pre-mixed with other dry-powder ingredients during dry mortar manufacturing.

It features good compatibility with all Portland cements and gypsum-based products. It can cooperate with all Sidleychem admixtures and needs separate feeding into mixing system.

Packed in 25 kilogram or 55 pound paper bags. Store in original sealed package under dry clean environment away from heat sources.
