Q:Do you support samples? What is your MOQ?

Free samples are available, but customers must pay for shipping costs. Please provide an International Express Account for freight collect. MOQ is 1 ton for each model.
Q:What is the thickness for anodizing? Can you do 15 um?
A:
Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can produce 20 um and above.
Q:What colors can you do for powder coating? What is the thickness?
A:
We can do any color for powder coating as long as you provide a color sample. The powder coating thickness is usually between 60-80 um.
Q:How do you charge the mold fee?
A:
If a new mold is required, the mold fee will be refunded to the customer when the order quantity reaches a certain amount.
